Mr Di Bartolomeo was appointed as a Director on 14 August 2006. Mr Di Bartolomeo was reappointed as a Director and Chairman on 14 August 2012 for a three year period ending on 13 August 2015. Mr Di Bartolomeo was until recently the Managing Director of ADI Limited and the Country Director for all Thales business in Australia. Prior to his appointment at ADI in September 2002, Mr Di Bartolomeo had a 26 year career in the transport industry. His last position in the transport industry was Managing Director of FreightCorp, which he led to privatisation in 2002 following extensive reform and growth. Mr Di Bartolomeo is currently a non-executive Director of Downer EDI Limited, Reliance Rail Limited, Australian Rail Track Corporation and Australian Super Pty Limited and Chairman of Parklands Foundation. Mr Di Bartolomeo is currently the NSW president and National Deputy President of the Australian Industry Group. Mr Di Bartolomeo was a non-executive Director of SSSR Holdings from April 2002 to May 2008.
Jim Evans

Mr Evans was appointed as a Director of Macquarie Generation on 1 July 2010 for a three year period ending on 30 June 2013. Mr Evans is a highly credentialed executive with nearly forty years of corporate experience. Mr Evans was previously the Chief Risk Officer, Risk Management Wealth Management at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) including directorships in the CBA groups Fund Management and Insurance businesses. Previously Mr Evans held a number of senior roles at CBA in the areas of Finance and Accounting, as well as at Lend Lease, which included directorships in Fund Management. Mr Evans is currently a non-executive Independent Director of Hastings Funds Management Limited, Leasing Services International Pty LImited, Equigroup Limited (registered in NZ) Freshwater Funds Management Pty Limited, Suncorp Portfoliio Services Limited, Westpac Funds Management Limited and Westpac Funds Management Administration Pty Ltd.
Ron Finlay

Mr Finlay was appointed as a Director of Macquarie Generation on 1 July 2010 for a three year period ending on 30 June 2013. Mr Finlay is a lawyer and has had over 35 years experience in construction, development, energy and infrastructure projects for both public and private sector organisations. Mr Finlay has served on the Darling Harbour Authority, Central Sydney Planning Committee and for five years as Chair of Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation. Mr Finlay is an independent Director of the listed infrastructure asset owning company, DUET Group, and Chairman of a number of joint venture boards, advisory boards and dispute resolution boards for major projects. He is the principal in his own firms of Finlay Consulting and RA Finlay, Lawyer.
Patricia McKenzie

Ms McKenzie was appointed as a Director of Macquarie Generation on 20 November 2012 for a three year period ending on 19 November 2015. Ms McKenzie is an experienced Chair and Director in the energy, health and not for profit sectors, and was previously a Director of the Australian Energy Market Operator, CEO of Gas Market Company Ltd and Chief Corporate Counsel AGL Group. Ms McKenzie is currently a non-executive Director of APA Group and National Health Call Centre Limited, and the Chair of Diabetes Australia Ltd and the Cromehurst Foundation Ltd. Ms McKenzie was a member of the NSW Premiers Council on Women from 2008 to 2010.
